All of my art pieces are made using high quality materials on a gallery wrapped birch panels with 1.5” thick wood frames (unless otherwise noted) and come ready to hang. A certificate of authenticity accompanies each piece. 

Cynthia Makara, Calgary based visual artist, works with encaustic, which is beeswax combined with tree resin and pigment, fused to a natural base.
